Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats and finishes in new French oak barrels of 500L. Stage in barrels in battonâge during 9 months and later stage in the bottle for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma complex where notes of white fruits combine with the tropical fruit very ripe, well married with the notes of the barrel, in the mouth is intense with still a lot of fruit of mouth and the wooden toast giving you the complexity that makes the whole so interesting, ends long and elegant.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
