Tasting Notes:
Bright, saumon color, fine and persistent bubbles. Intense aroma with blueberry and raspberry notes. Young and alive, good mousse, balanced acidity and fresh in the end.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC

Food Pairing:
Excellent as apetizer. It goes well fish and seafood. Can also be used in cocktails.
