Winemaking:
The grapes were pressed very gently. The must obtained after a careful clarificacion was slowly fermented at a low temperature. The base wine follows for the second fermentation by the classic method of fermentation in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus color. Fine and persistent effervescence. Fresh in the mouth mixed with floral notes, white fruits and toast bread. Creamy with a well balanced acidity. Elegant and aromatic at the end of the mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Serve between 6ºC-8ºC.

Food Pairing:
A perfect choise for ending a busy day, as na aperitif, a match for a cheesy starter, a japanese diner or a fresh fruit dessert.
