Winemaking:
Grapes destemmed and pressed gently into the pneumatic press. The must is left 24 hours in decanting and is subsequently cleaned. The fermentation takes place during 15 days at a controlled temperature to not exceed the 14ºC. Staging in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and still a staging 3 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Cheerful pink color. Aromatically intense with aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and engaging with a long and elegant end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ready to consume but also with favorable bottle longevity potential for 1-2 years. Serve at a between 8ºC-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with fish dishes, white meat, pasta and asian food.
