Winemaking:
Soft pressing of whole grapes with slight maceration, cold decanting (10ºC) and controlled low temperature fermentation 12-14ºC. Stage on fine lees in stainless steel bowl with periodic batonnage for 3 months. Finally, the wine is bottled after stabilization.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with defined citrine color, crystalline appearance and slight bubble; Rich and intense aromas, citrus, tropical and sweet floral. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant with crispy and enveloping acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve fresh, at a temperature of 8-10ºC.

Food Pairing:
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, seafood, white meats and salads.
