Winemaking:
Soft pressing of whole grapes with slight maceration, cold decanting (10ºC) and low temperature controlled fermentation (12-14ºC). Stage on thin lees in stainless steel bowl with periodic batonnage for 3 months. Additional stage in bottle of 2 months.

Tasting Notes:
Wine with citrine color defined, crystalline appearance. Rich and intense aromas, citrus, floral and exotic. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant with crunchy acidity and oily mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10ºC.

Food Pairing:
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, seafood, white meats and salads.
