Saiote Rosé

Winemaking:
Wine obtained by the process of open spout, very gentle pressing of whole grapes, cold decantation (10 ° C) for 48 hours followed by fermentation at controlled temperature 12 ° C for 14 days. Finally, the wine is bottled after stabilization.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Vinhão

Tasting Notes:
Light pink color. Fresh aroma, fruity and light tropical notes and red fruits. In the mouth it is balanced with a soft freshness, with a lively and captivating, refreshing and persistent acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve fresh, at a temperature of 8-10ºC.

Food Pairing:
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, seafood, white meats and salads.
