Saiote White

Winemaking:
Pressing of whole grapes with slight maceration, cold decanting (10 º C) and fermentation at controlled temperature 12-14 º C. Stage on fine lees in stainless steel vats with periodic batonnage for 3 months. Finally, the wine is bottled after stabilization.

Grape Varieties:
Avesso, Arinto, Loureiro, Fernão Pires

Tasting Notes:
Wine with definite citrine color, crystal clear appearance and slight bubble; rich and intense aromas. citrus fruits. Tropical and floral sweet. In the mouth it is fresh. elegant with crispy and enveloping acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve fresh, at a temperature of 8-10ºC.

Food Pairing:
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, seafood, white meats and salads.
