Winemaking:

Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. During this period is held fermentation maceration and subsequently malolactic fermentation to stabilize and balance the wine. Ageing in oak barrels for about six months.

Grape Varieties:

Syrah, Aragonêz, Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes:

Garnet color set. Nose shows aromas of red fruit and jam. Soft tannins give it a very balanced structure, finishing with notes of ripe fruit.

Store and Serve Advices:

It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:

Ideal with red meat dishes grilled.
