Winemaking:

Fermentation off skins in stainless steel under controlled temperature. Classic method with second fermentation in bottle. Minimum 9 monts aging in bottle before “degorgement”.

Grape Varieties:

Malvasia Fina, Baga, Bical, Fernão Pires

Tasting Notes:

Bright, citrus color, fine and persistent bubbles. Intense aroma with jam notes. Fresh, creamy and persistent taste.

Store and Serve Advices:

Recommended serving at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC

Food Pairing:

Excellent as appetizer. It goes well fish and seafood.
