Porca de Murça White 2015
Winemaking:
The grapes are crushed on a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature. No barrel ageing. 100 % of the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before bottling.

Viosinho, Gouveio, Moscatel, Arinto, Fernão Pires
Tasting Notes:
Clean, clear and bright lemon yellow color. Floral aromas with hints of lime and white fruits. Lively acidity, which leads to a youthful and refreshing finish
Store and Serve Advices:
Store bottles on their sides in a cool place (12ºC to 14ºC) away from direct light. Serve at 8ºC - 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Serve with fish, seafood and salad.
