Winemaking:

Total grape pulling from the stalk, prolonged pellicular maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC. 8th months in Allier oak baric and 6th months in bottle.

Grape Varieties:

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro

Tasting Notes:

Defined garnet-red color. Mixed in red fruits well matured, toasted and some vanilla aromas. Fruited, smooth and balanced flavor.

Store and Serve Advices:

Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:

Good companion for red meat dishes or sausages.
