Winemaking:

Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82ºF.

Grape Varieties:

Aragonêz, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:

Defined garnet, intense in violet hues color. Complex, predominant red fruit and some spice notes. Fruity, smooth, well-structured and harmonious.

Store and Serve Advices:

Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:

Ideal with grilled red meats or with sauces, game and cheese.
