Winemaking:

The grapes were fermented separately, and at low temperature in order to preserve their primary aromas. This produces a style of wine which is new, fresh and very fruity. Not aged in wood.

Grape Varieties:

Fernão Pires, Verdelho, Arinto

Tasting Notes:

A light citric colour, with orange flower floral notes, and yellow fruits such as citric fruit, pineapple and peach; in the mouth, the fruit flavors are truly highlighted. It is fresh, mineral very full and involved, which offers it a long and persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:

Serving temperature at 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:

Soup, fish dishes as well as some light meat dishes or even spicier dishes, given its body and aromatic complexity. We also recommend it with an typical Azeitão cheese.
